Can you introduce yourself?

My name is Flore and I am 28 years old. I have been a salesperson for 4 years. I have lived in San Francisco, Paris, Slovenia and Buenos Aires

Why did you decide to join Modjo?

The demo that Paul - our CEO - gave me of the tool completely blew me away. I was disappointed that I had not been able to use it during my previous experiences. Now that I've joined the venture I use it every day and it helps me enormously in understanding our clients and meeting their expectations.

What is it like to work at Modjo on a daily basis?

The least we can say is that it is sporty but very rewarding. It is often funny, sometimes tiring but always unique. No two days are alike, but you always have the impression that you are contributing to a great human adventure.

What is an Account Manager?

When I started at Modjo, I was an Account Executive. Recently, I changed my position to Account Manager. As an AM I am responsible for listening to the customer and providing the best possible service on a daily basis.

As a G.O. at Club Med, I have to make sure that the customer experience is unforgettable, thanks to our data and the product team. In particular, I feed them all the requests from our customers so that they can include them in our roadmap.

A funny anecdote about you?

I am unable to watch football with other people. Too much need to concentrate, having people around me distracts me.

What would you say to a candidate to convince them to join Modjo?

Modjo's potential is huge. We welcome new companies every week (PayFit, Doctolib, Alan recently) and great colleagues. It's amazing to experience.

How do you get into sales?

It's like riding a bike: a few calls are enough to learn and that's it. You learn by doing.

My experience has taught me that with motivation and (a lot of) practice, you are capable of much more than you think.

What is the skill you use every day?

The organisation.

When you're a salesperson, you have to juggle the different deals, prioritise, put intensity. It's one of the most important skills. Yet no one talks about it.

Your best memory at Modjo?

My first day in Modjo's new offices in the Sentier. Feeling that the company is growing (very) fast but in good conditions is very cool.

Our new premises are very pleasant and bright.

Your biggest victory?

I certainly haven't experienced it yet
